Technical Director

Meet Sam Taylor, the cornerstone of Kinetic ICT Solutions as our Head Technical Resource. Since joining in 2006, alongside Mick, Sam has shaped the company's technological trajectory with profound expertise in software development and systems architecture, establishing Kinetic's robust technological foundation.

In his pivotal role, Sam leads groundbreaking projects in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and tailored software solutions, ensuring alignment with clients' unique requirements. His leadership fosters continuous learning and collaboration among team members. Outside work, Sam's passion for outdoor activities, especially caring for horses and exploring nature, brings a serene balance to his life and work.

IT Director

Denis, serving as the IT Director, combines a rich history in network administration and systems management with a strong customer-oriented approach. His career, which spans across both military and corporate realms, has honed his skills in not only leading IT teams but also in aligning IT strategies with customer needs. Denis is particularly adept at understanding and responding to customer requirements, ensuring that IT initiatives not only support organisational goals but also enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

Senior Level II Support Engineer

Since joining Kinetic ICT Solutions as a Senior Level II Support Engineer in January 2015, Ben has distinguished himself as a dedicated and skilled professional. Renowned for his friendly demeanor and strong work ethic, Ben excels at forming productive relationships with clients and suppliers. He plays a crucial role in the professional growth of junior staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge in IT support.

Ben's technical expertise shines as he efficiently resolves customer support issues across various platforms, ensuring swift and effective solutions. Gary is a skilled IT professional at Kinetic ICT Solutions, boasting a decade of experience in the field. His dedication to ongoing education is evident through certifications from Microsoft and CompTIA, showcasing his commitment to staying abreast of technological advancements.

Gary excels at simplifying complex IT concepts, with solid expertise in Microsoft systems, networking technologies, and Office 365. As a Level 2 Support Engineer, he adeptly handles challenging technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of our clients' IT systems. Gary's proficiency extends to fixing server problems, managing cloud backups, and resolving Office 365 issues, vital contributions to the seamless operation of our services.

Senior Level I Support Engineer

Meet Keith Wilson, our esteemed Senior Level 1 Support Engineer at Kinetic ICT Solutions Ltd, with over two decades of experience in the IT support realm.
